It sounds like you have Clinical Depression, which is serious and can get worse without treatment. You MUST see your DR. He will do a physical to rule out mother medical problems (depression is a medical problem). He will most likely start you out of a newer anti-depressant, that has few side effects. They take about 2 weeks to start working. It will WORK. But you must get help now. If you feel suicidal call 911 or go to the ER and they will help. Or call a local crisis line.
On top of being a therapist I have been where you are. Get help PLEASE. Be open and honest. it will get better. I would prefer you also start to see a counselor. The combination of the two (meds ad counseling) are the most effective.

In truth, this is a dangerous place to try to get legitimate help for a real problem like that. If you're feeling that badly, you should consider talking to someone who might actually have real answers for you, and who might understand what you're going through based on real experiences. There is no reason to go through this alone, but finding the right help (school counselor, maybe) is a far better bet. Good luck.

You really need to speak to your doctor as this does sound like depression which can be treated.
Perhaps you've been under a lot of strain lately, or feeling very anxious, or the depression could have come on for no apparent reason.
You need to tell your doctor exactly what you have written here so that you can take control and begin to feel better.
Best wishes.

I feel that way alot of the time, so I know what you are describing.
Depression comes and goes no matter how long you work on it, and I think also that is in inherited.. my sister, and mother, and father all have/had it.
see if you can get an appointment with a counselor, there are services out there where you don't have to pay to go.
Been thinking of doing the same thing myself.

How do we make positive thinking a part of our daily lives so that we stop defeating ourselves and make our lives better?
Actually it's quite easy - the trick is that it requires discipline and practice.
First begin by observing yourself. Pay attention to your thoughts. See how many are positive and how many are negative. Keep a notepad handy and keep track of the number of positive thoughts that you have and the number of negative thoughts you have.
At the end of your day - take a look at the number - if you have more negative thoughts then there's some work to do.
The next day - observe your thoughts again. This time pay attention to the types of negative thoughts that you are having. See how they impact your life. Are these negative thoughts a part of reality - is that the way life is. For example: if you say you hate your job - do you really hate it? If you say your boss is a pain - is he/she really a pain? If these negative thoughts are a part of your life - then you have created your own negative reality.
That's right you created it. Every negative belief you have is manifested in your life. These beliefs are based on the thoughts you have. Thoughts repeated over and over again become a belief and a belief becomes reality. Negative thoughts repeated over and over again will create a negative reality. Positive thoughts repeated over and over again - create a positive reality.
First you have to understand your negative thoughts and beliefs then only can you begin changing them. Once you begin changing them you begin creating a positive attitude - and ultimately you begin practicing positive thinking everyday. In order to get the most out of positive thinking you have to make it a way of life.
So begin by getting rid of those negative thoughts and negative beliefs, which serve you no purpose, except to make you miserable. Then you'll be able to begin having a positive attitude and start enjoying life again.
The next step is to start using all your inner powers to so you're your mind gets used to positive thinking and so that you are always carrying a positive attitude. This will lead you to creating the life you want. These inner powers all start in your mind - which is the most powerful force you have. It is a force - that when used as it should - can create wonderful things in your life.

That's a normal mental feeling that comes with being a teenager. It's all perfectly ok, just remember to take your time and keep a good perpective on your situtation, whatever it may be. Believe me, no matter what's going on, someone's been there before. It's always helped me tremendously to talk with something.

Definitely God can help you. Go to church to learn how much He loves you.
In the Beginning God created heavens and earth.
God gives you air to breathe and sunshine to enjoy.
God gives you water to drink and food to eat.
God gives you a wonderful body and sound mind, to live.
God loves you, and you are precious to Him.
Son of God died on the Cross to save us from condemnation.
Jesus’ love is boundless and everlasting.
We have the hope of Heaven through Jesus.
Life therefore has fantastic and glorious future!
(Digestion of above can even prevent depression and suicide attempt.)
