You got it right... there is God... his angels.....and the fallen angels we call demons... and Satan who is in charge of the fallen angels.
Ghosts are nothing more than fallen angels trying to cause fear, or draw attention away from God.

The belief that ghosts are actually demons disguised as the dead is a tenent of demonology. Demonologists have been disproven time and again as they tell people in haunted houses to throw holy water and recite prayers and the demon in the form of a ghost will leave you. Then the person being haunted does as such and all they do is get the furniture wet. I have read of several cases where people would do the cross and water thing and still were plagued. Demonologists also spend their time trying to make Wiccans look like Satanists.
I believe in God but i've never seen him. I believe in ghosts and i have seen them. For people who have never seen a ghost and believe in them it's a matter of faith just like a belief in God for those of us who have it's just knowing.

If you believe in God....then the holy ghost is what? God says there are ghosts and spirits...so why dont you believe her?

it is a bit of both.
The Asian continent is full of religions that revere the dead ancestors, many of them claim that the ancestor's ghost either protects them or speaks to them...
In the West, many people believe either that there are ghosts or not... your choice.
