my friend is illegal mexican in the U.S ,
recently he plans to go to asia to be with his girlfriend,
he doesn't wanna go back no more
can he depart with no problem?
will he sent to the jail for being illegal or send him back to mexico?
or they will not care because he's leaving vonlantarily

would it be better if he takes the bus to mexico
then apply for a transit visa to enter america?

He can depart, he will not be able to re-enter.

To tell you the truth, he should go back to Mexico. He then can apply for a transit visa to enter America.

And to all the racist remarks people make about Mexicans, you come from an illegal race also, because we took this land from the Native Americans.

I myself believe that people like illegal Mexicans should be taken back to their country. We as Americans have the right, it's our legal right, to fight for what we believe.

Yes, he can leave at any time he wishes. Since he would be leaving voluntarily, he can come back if he applys for a visa. A friend is going through this process. If you leave voluntarily then you do not have a waiting time of when you can come back.

If he is illegal I dont care how he leaves as long as he leaves. He will not be allowed back in if they find out he was here befor.
