Well you would kind of have to go to the store for this but...I use Dove soap and it is for sensitive skin. If you have really sensitive skin then use this! It works really well for me. Otherwise if you can't get it then look on yahoo or google or something like that.

DON'T SQUEEZE IT. Keep the spot clean and detox by eating your five-a-day fruit and veg and drinking plenty of water.
Try a 3-in-1 medicated wash before carrying out your make-up routine. and dont use too mch make-up.
wash your face with an oil control face wash .. and wash your face frequently to keep the extra oil out.. at the same time dont wash sooo much that your dry your skin out!! if you have a couple of nasty zits.. try toothpase.. it might sound stupid.. but..apply some toothpaste(please note.. paste not gel ) on your zit bfore you sleep and when you wake up in the morning it will look much better.. toothpaste reduces redness of the pimple and dries it out! You can also dab Tea Tree Oil on the spots..! You can also try pimple zapping products available in the market.. try.. clean & clear ( thay have some good oil control skin caare products)..Clearasil is good too.. and Do try Proactive IT WORKS!!! If this stuff doesnt help you try going to a skin specialist! All the Best!

Yes there is, well while i was growing up my mother always told me to put toothpaste on it and let it dry then wash it off. Ive heard the weird one which is to use your morning saliva on your pimple or zit. While i was growing up, I realized that it works.
But enough about rumors! Find time to go to the store at least for 20 to 30min and take the time for your skin and purchase an acne cleanser that helps cleanse your face and at the same time moisturize it. Its important for you and your skin!!!

None that I know of at least not over night. As a teen with no money I used toothpaste; just dot it on and 3 days it's gone. Don't forget to wash it off after a few min. or else it'll burn your skin.

Try switching back and forth between peroxide and rubbing alcohol. That should kill the bacteria and dry them out. Use a Q-tip though, you probably don't want to do that to your whole face.
