Sugar, Starch, & Salt. Remember these three S words every time you eat; RID YOUR DIET OF ALL THREE! I gaurantee you not only will your acne disapear but your whole body will shine. All the sugar and salts your body needs can be obtained from fruits and vegetables, and if you feel a need for salt then go out of your way to get some Celtic salt. It's interesting to note that there is a wide variety of salts, and just as much a variety of sugars.
Work on this for the next thirty to fifty days and you'll develop an eating lifestyle for the next thirty to fifty years and people will note the difference of your appearance and health. You will know that by the countless compliments you're going to be getting.

I struggled with acne for years and I finally found the solution that works for me. We have been fooled, tricked, deceived, and just plain lied to. It's time that someone put a stop to it, and everyone learn the truth!
Those of us who suffer from acne have usually been given 2 choices and neither of them work:
1. Over the counter remedies such as cleansers, creams, ointments, etc. These things have been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
2. Go see a doctor and or dermatologist. They will generally prescribe prescription drugs which include topicals and or antibiotics. This, too, has been proven over and over again not to work. Why? It does not address the root cause of the problem.
I found a step-by-step program that cured my acne and it has never come back. It is amazing and doesn’t use any drugs or doctors. The truth is that acne can be cured…if we know the secret the doctors and drug companies don’t want us to know.
There is a great website: http://cure-my-acne.info/3daycure/ that has all the details. I really suggest you check it out and see if it works as well for you as it did for me.

First of all, let me tell you something, before you go putting toothpaste or Dawn dishwashing soap on your face I seriously recommend thinking about the fact that you might have sensitive skin!! Which if you have acne you probably do! I cant even begin to tell you the horrible things dishwashing soap can do to sensitive skin. Just wash it every night before bed and when you wake up and dont try to try a bunch a product thinking if you build up all these products somethings gotta eventually work, just pick a good cleanser and moisturizer and stick with it, consistency! just dont over do it! you gotta be gentle. also if you wear makeup i suggest going ahead and spending a little extra money to get the higher qaulity ones like clinique, trust me itll be worth it in the end as they wont clog your pores as badly. well hope that helps.

I think there's many steps to keep skin acne free or get rid of it. Not just one thing will work. I think foremost is eating properly, low fat..lots of fibre, fresh fruit , vegetables, lean meats, whole grains...along with that..LOTS of fresh water, at least 8 cups a day...plenty of sleep, clean hair...face washed often and properly...Hot to open pours with dabbed face cloth, warm water to lather non perfumed facial cleaner, and rinsed well (using hands) with cool water. Dab dry with a clean towel and stay clear of facial make-up (clogs the pores), at least til acne is gone. Good luck :)

wash your face twice daily and use a wash according to your skin type. if your skin is dry and oily, use a gel instead of a creme moisturizer. clinique makes the perfect kind. if you are prone to breakouts, theres something i swear by. its called ZAPZYT cream, and you can get it at drugstore.com or any major drug store. it contains 10% benzoyl peroxide, and it sucks all the nasy bacteria and unnecessary oils out of your skin, leaving it clear.just use it in the morning&at night after you wash your face and before you apply makeup, sunscreen or moisturizer. also, use hypoallergenic oil-free makeup, and very little of it. the ZAPZYT will help from your pores getting clogged with bacteria and makeup, but if you cake on tons of concealer, foundation, etc, your skin is doomed.
good luck!

you can try using toothpaste over night.
or buy acne free or proactive.
acne is when your pores are clogged, so make sure you wash your face and keep it oil free. oil free moisterizers work.
you have to wash your face like 2-3 times a day. so dont be lazy ;-)
good luck =]
