I have taken Tylenol PM, but I really don't like it. If I need to take it I only take 1, because it usually makes me feel really groogy the next day. I tried Advil PM and I like it better.

Tylenol PM is ok, you should only take it if you have plenty of time to sleep and a good alarm clock. I don't think it was addictive at all, I just need it for times when I have had insomnia. Of course don't take it with other medications that include tylenol or benedryl.

If you mean tylenol pm I used to take it . I would sleep just fine but I would be groggy and tired all the next day. Ask your dr if he recommends something if insomnia is a recurring problem for you.

I take Tylenol Pm sometimes. I think it helps a little bit to take away some of my aches and pains and so I sleep better. But it doesn't seem to ALWAYS work. I take also a prescription pain med called Vicodin.

Thy put a little bit of sleep medicine to make you go sleeeeeep. The rest is for the pain.

I like it quit well. If used on an occasional basis, should be no problem. I never had a drugged feeling the next morning.

I don't have personal experience with it but after my dad passed away, my mom used it to help her get to sleep. She didn't have any ill effects from it. It helped her get to sleep during a difficult time and was not habit forming.

I used to take it for my back pain so I could get a good night's sleep. I loved it! but, it has been a looooong time since then.

I have taken it and it works. I got some seriously good zzz's and this helped that mountain size headache I had.

Ive taken it and it works fine on me, my OBGYN told me to take it when I was pregnant and it knocked me out then
