Treat her like a friend ,an equal, and a person.if you share common goals and interests as you indicate she will respond without demeaning her or yourself by making a stupid move

I don't know but I am in the same situation and it really really sucks so here is what I want him to do and you should do it too. Just start talking to her and things like that maybe hang out this weekend or ummm stop by her house and ask her if she wants to go for a walk that would be nice really really nice.

Use the old- brush her hair out of her face move. Glide your hand over her face real soft and slow. Make sure you give good eye contact and see what happens. If you can handle that, then maybe you can give a tiny peck on her lips too!!

Whatever you do, do NOT do the "yawn and stretch" move like Spoiled suggests!

I tried that once in High School.

Elbowed her right in the eye.

Just tell her directly that you are shy and you do not know how to make the move....Girls likes honesty.
