Like some of the others said, God shows us in the Bible how He wants to be worshipped. What you mentioned is pretty much what the Bible teaches. There are too many 'counterfeit Christian' religions that teach things that are not in the Bible. So whatever religion you are investigating, make sure that they can show you from the Bible why they are teaching what they are teaching. (1 Peter 3:15) And, even if they do show you a scripture or two, be show that they are not taking it out of context with the rest of the Scriptures.
Basically speaking, a religion that God approves of would be focussing on the same things that Jesus taught and did. For example, he taught peace, not war. If a religion claims to be a follower of Christ, yet they or their members go to war, how much are they trulyu following Christ's teachings. Jesus said to stay separate from the world, not be involved in it's skirmishes and quests for power, money, resources etc.
Jesus also was focussed on glorifying God's name and encouraged his followers to do the same by preaching the gospel.
A religion that teaches and does these things would be a good candidate for a form of worship approved by God.

Jesus is one with the Father... read John 17. You are OK on baptism.... The Bible teaches us that we are not to be an offence to but to love them and the best way to do that is show them Christ through our actions. You may not like the collection plate. Some churches put it at the back and let folks just leave their offering there. It is our spiritual responsibility to tithe and it is Biblical. It does not matter how it is done, just so we do it. Keep reading the Bible and you will learn and grow more and more. Yes, all people have good in them. God placed his mark on every person He created, including you.
I would not worry about Armagedon. Just be ready for the day you may meet God face to face. That's all that really counts. I always sy I believe in the 'pan' theory... it will all pan out in the end.
If you want to find a church that is balanced, Biblical, God honoring and loving, and perfect... the moment you step inside the door, you will discover that it is imperfect...just because you are there. No one is perfect. No church is perfect. We are all learning and growing. So look for a church that is learning and growing with you. Find one that teaches the Bible in balance. Find one where the pastor and the congregation is humble and loving, ....and stay away from the cult churches such as the Jehovah's Witnesses, Mormons (Latter Day Saints) Adventists,, Unitarians, and spiritualists... Try the Baptists, Assembly of God, Charismatics, Lutherans, Methodists, or stable nondenominational churches. Except for the Armageddon part, you should read up on Islam.
Islam believes that Jesus and God are separate beings, babies are born innocent, mainstream Muslims do not push their religion on others, and there are many ways to donate to Charity (privately and publicly) to help the unfortunate. It's one of the five pillars of Islam.
Ask the converts what appealed to them the most about Islam:

Well your cheap so that would be a problem Churches have to pay for heat air conditioning electricity roofs leaks the list goes on and on. SO you don't want to belong to a temple or a church that would require responsibility and sacrifice on your part.So your choices are limited. Since you know what group will be killed you don't need God your already playing God yourself when your judging them. So that makes things even tougher. I think there are allot of people like you. You probably would not get along with them or them you. SO stay home and figure it out on your own.

Who decides what is right and what is wrong... if it is you, than continue deciding for yourself what is right and what is wrong... a religion that suits you is self deification. You decide what's right and wrong. If the bible is true and it is the Word of God... then IT is right, you cannot pick and chose. Either you do it God's way, or your way. Those are the only options.

It is not about religion but a relationship. do not look for a religion. A non denom. Church that is based in biblical principle would be a good start. religions are man made and filled with fallacy.

You have to start your own church. Unless you follow the word of God and the teachings of Jesus you are in no mans land. I don't know of any religion that lets one interpret Gods word to make it easier.
