tilapia... rockfish...halibut... few bones.... if you pull the bones out before you cook it you'll save the horror of biting into one when you're at the table

I don't like bones OR a fishy taste.

Salmon doesn't have a lot of bones. It's good baked with lemon and herbs...
Also Sole which has a mild flavor and delicate texture. Best to bake or fry this one.

I think that even Swordfish steaks aren't bad. They are nice for grilling.

Then there is fresh Tuna. It's also a good fish to grill. It can be a little dry but make a nice dipping sauce or marinade and it should be fine. I found that the tuna and swordfish can fool you when you buy it because the meat is solid and you don't need as much as you think.

Anything from a can, even if it has bones (like canned salmon does) they will be edible because of the pressurized process it takes to store the food in the can.

Also the bones from these fish can be good sources of calcium.

Try Flounder or Salmon steaks. The best fish for not a lot of bones that I have tried is Tilapia!

Buy some fillets. Try the grocery store brand. Often cheap but good!
