I have twins and would love to see questions related to that. Any way to add a category?

Already did it for you. I mentioned your request, and even gave the sub category a name - Twins & Multiples.
In the same thread, speaking as a lifelong cerebral palsic, I also requested a sub-category that would be useful for parents of special needs children (Autism, Asperger's Syndrome, Down's Syndrome, Fetal Alcohol and Shaken Baby Syndromes, etc.) Parents in this special category should especially count on Yahoo! Answers to ask questions to seek useful advice.
