you would turn red and drool for many minutes and probably feel as if your mouth was on fire

Your mouth and tounge will feel like it is on fire, it will go up into your nasal area and there will be all sorts of things comming out your nose,

Since it is close to your face, some in the air will still burn your eyes.

You will feel for about 15 minutes like you are going to die and may wish to.

You will have to flush and flush and flush it out.

*** I have know a couple people who could be sprayed full face and it have no effect.

Cough alot. A friend of mine sprayed his hand with my mace while i was in another room one night, i came back into the living room and was coughing and sneezing, i didnt even know he had sprayed it.

I did that! I also go it up my nose! Oh, I was in PAIN, lemme tell you. It burned, just the smell of it burned... it hurt my eyes and they weren't even in contact with it. I would never try it again.
