Marajuana effecting the liver?

i know everything u consume goes thru the liver but i was just curious if Marajuana has a any negative affects on the liver? does Weed causes liver damages?

yes it does.....it affects liver, brain and lungs .....it takes about 8 to 10 days to desintoxicate the body and once you stop your organs start to heal .....of course depending on how long you been consuming it
