The Tbird control arms are shorter than mustang i THINK you can swap the whole suspension over if you include the k member. but honestly Why? the tbird suspension is every bit as good as the mustangs in fact i'm aware of a build up to eliminate ackerman and increase camber gains on road track that involves using the tbird control arms on the mustang. Please answer why you want to do the swap and i can help you solve your delema. :)

I think they are basically the same for the base model cars. The thunderbird turbo coupe from the early 80's used slightly longer lower control arms for better cornering & are a good swap for mustangs and non turbo t-birds.

Most pieces should work. They are the same platform. It could be model year sensitive though. Just call a salvage yard and ask them. They have books that tell them what will transfer over.
