For the past two nights my daughter has woken up with a skin rash on her feet and upper legs that looks like small white bumps and its very itchy. No fever. No mouth sores. No severe redness. Skin gets red from her itching it. She seems fine during the day. Children's benadryl helps alot. The only thing out of the ordinary that sounds like it might be suspicious was that we took her to a pumpkin farm last week where she was playing in some hay and handling some pet rabbits that were at the farm.

My guess would be she got some pollen in her sheets that she's developed an allergy to, assuming you haven't recently switched laundry detergents. I would wash her sheets. Call her pediatrician and get a referal to an allergist whether her symptoms get better or not.

Maybe there's some bugs or plants that's active during this time of the year that she's allergic too. It probably has nothing to do with the pumpkin farm or else it wouldn't be happen just at night. Is there a particular food that you served two nights in a row for dinner? Or have you changed any of her hygiene products recently? i.e. body wash, body lotion, etc. Or it can be a new pair of shoes that causes the damages to appear at night!

could be bed bugs or mites in the bed. Does she wet her bed. My daughter who does gets a rash from lying in it. Or maybe she got in a mouse something at the farm .

could be alergic reaction to soap detergent used on the sheets.

could be grass and other items from the pumkin farm that got on her then got into her bed. wash her bed lately?

could be alergic reaction to soap. change bath soaps lately?

if it is only happening at night then you must figure the bed or a nightly routine item is the issue.

Did you just change to a different detergent of any kind. maybe the perfumes in laundry soaps. Have here see a dermantologist. It has got to be very uncomfortable for her.

She must be allergic to something in her bed. You might want to start by the process of illimination until you discover what is causing it. Covers, sheets, pillow.

first of all you should boil all her clothes and change the detergent you use ...wash everything with very hot water and new detergent ...it could be also something they eat everynight like milk or something they allergic to ...shoes should be change ....and when they wash their feet ...dry them good and do not apply anything ...just calamine lotion ...also change the soap or the body wash she uses and change it for something antiallergic or soft like baby soap

Sounds like scabies. They are more active at night.

Wash her sheets and talk to her pediatrician; it may be scabies but ALWAYS CHECK WITH THE DR FIRST.
