Read up on bulk gain exercises and find the ones that works for your genetic layout. Eat the correct diet for your needs you will require a life style record to work from.
Good source of Proteins is a strengthener and aids muscle repair
Complex Carbohydrates are energy boosters.
If this is beyond you seek the professional.
There is no quick fix app art form surgery.
It's hard work and dedication along side of Knowledge.

Eat a lot of food, avoiding the saturated fats and do weights....Heavy weight and not too many reps..if you can do 3 lots of ten then you should increase the weight. You will gain muscle in a matter of weeks..

Don't forget to drink plenty of water and get plenty of sleep. Also take at least one day per week off!

im trying to do the same thing, im too skinny for the sport i play...what i have been doing so far thats helped a bit is...
-eat healthy food alllll day and lay off the junk
-steak, pork
-have weigh protein before and after you workout..but if your gunna have it before make sure you have it with water or else you'll get sick
-if you wanna gain muscle that that bad...just go to the gym in alll your spare time lol...dont miss a chance if you wanna gain that fast cauz it takes a damn long time

Yeah, the other guys are right you just have to work at it and eat the right foods, etc. If you want quick fixes then it aint gonna happen and you wouldn't deserve the hot bod anyway unless you earned it! Best to just find an excercise you like doing (lots of my mates like climbing, all of them are very muscley!) and stick to it. Good luck!

first drink water to cleanse and then use a protein powder like lithecin and eat only good complex carbs and add a twenty minute walk or swim or bike ride to everyother days work out ,,now its cool relax
