i would choose family 1st. exactly like others says, family is more important for they always want you to have the best no matter what. If your bf is true to you, he will ask you to live with your family and respect you families decision. In these world, there's thing you can choose and cannot choose. You can choose who to be with and what you wanna do about your life but you cannot choose who to be your parents and sibling.
Like you say you mom will always be there for you but will your bf always be there for you? What is love? a true love won't make you change but accept you for who you are and that's a pure and true motherly love. Stay with you mom.. my fren! Life is short, for you never know what will happen next. You have thousand of bf but can only have one mother!

Your boyfriend can live you at any point in time you have a misunderstanding or a fight..
Your family will not leave you even after a serious fight or misunderstanding... specially a mother,, a good mother won't let her children down, no matter what.
