I get tired easily?I want more stanima any advice or tips?

Quit smoking
Start a running regime which begins with a readily achievable target and works you harder and harder gradually

cross-train - do other stuff - circuit, swimming, aerobics (particularly cardio), weights, martial arts

watch your diet - avoid the simple sugars and have proteins and complex carbohydrates

Take Ashwagandha. It promotes healthy joints and increases stamina while giving you a sense of well being.
