forget those I belive for the best stuff is it is bittorrent and there is alot less virus on bittorrent I have yet to get one but on those downloaders I use to get some everytime and getting rid of those things can be annoying.

Limewire is good but use it as a last resort cause it have viruses lurking there. If u not much of a computer wiz, stay away from limewire for now. You can try this program called Ares. www.aresgalaxy.org. If it stops connecting after u use it for some time, that means u have to update to new Ares software.
Bit Torrents are the best cause it is more reliable. Also less chance for a virus cause the chunks that are downloading to person A, those same chunks are being uploaded to Person B or C etc meaning u cant have time edit the file to put a virus unless the file finishes download and then is uploaded or a virus is disguised as a popular search, Laterz.

Limewire has been the best for me. It works real well, and is safe too.

in my experaice the using torrent and torrent softwares r secure then using p2p softwares such as limewire or kaza

none of them are, since its very easy to get your ip address and connection details, they only way to hide your possible details is to have your own proxy setup which is rather complex.
