try stretching before bed. When you feel one coming on walk on it. Always helped me when i was pregnant. but lean against a wall with hands on stretching your calfs...kinda like you are falling into the wall. My dr. told me to do that everyday a few times and it stretches the muscle.

you want greater potassium on your weight loss application.. yet another ingredient and that i understand this sounds gross, yet once you get a cramp in case you will consume a tablespoon of mustard it is going to pass away at once..:)
