Try using vaseline. Rub it on your hands where the glue is.. The glue will start to flake off. Then, scrape off stubborn glue with your fingernails. It won't pull the hair out.
Do not just peel the super glue off.. I've seen people do this, and end up ripping their skin off along with the glue.
It IS called Super Glue for a reason, you know.

And no, if the hair is plucked/waxed/tweezed/pulled out/falling out, it will not grow back any darker than it was originally.

I'd be more worried about pulling skin off with the super glue over the hair.

Whatever the color is now of the hair is what will grow back. Just cause you pull a hair doesn't mean it will change colors. You shead your skin daily and over a weeks time you totally replace your outer layer of skin. Do you change colors?

Get some nail polish remover and take the super glue off your finger.

Use nail polish remover with acetone to remove super glue.
Also heat up to 125 degrees F will get it to turn loose.
Use whichever method you like best.

No, unless it was black to start with... you will be fine. It happens to people all the time.
