My real father is in prison and my stepfather just pasted away. My mom is looking for another man. I am scared if she finds one I might love him as a father and he might go away. Is this ok for me to think? I also blame my self for losing both of them is that ok?

Sorry to hear about the passing of Your Stepfather. You know how close You and Your biological Dad are, and whether or not You need a good role model in Your life. You didn't say how much time has passed since Your Stepfather's death. Sounds like You are really needing the love of a Father figure. But You won't know until You meet the new man as to whether or not He is Someone that You could love in time, or respect. Some People just seem to have lots of People that come into their lives, and then, also leave, I know that all too well. You can think about these things, but You still will have to wait and see what happens. Now as far as You blaming Yourself for losing Them both, Honey, please don't. You didn't break the law for Your Dad, assuming He did what He was accused of. And You certainly did not have any control over Your Stepfather dying, so please take the time You need to grieve....but keep in mind....IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT......it is never going to be Your fault.....EVER.........
So please remember that You are a child of God, and He is our true Father, talk to Him, and put your love and faith in Him, that He will put someone wonderful and appropriate in both of Your lives. Come to Him often in prayer.

It is not ok that you blame yourself for losing those 2 men. And yes, it is normal for you to be leery of getting close to another man as a father. Tell your mom she shouldn't be actively searching for a man just to have a man in her life. When the time is right, the right person will come along for both of you. When she's searching for a man she's going to take what she can get, not what you both deserve.

no it's not ok, you should never be afraid to love someone in fear of loosing them. the relationship helps one to grow. and it isn't your fault that your stepdad passed away, or that your real dad is in prison. you need to think about happiness, and if your mom finds someone be happy for her and also he just might be the best thing that ever happens for you and your mom. so sorry about your stepdad. but you musn't feel this way get out and make all the friends you can, and be happy

The bible would not say it quite is incorrect for a guy to love yet another guy, it says it quite is a sin and an abomination for a guy to lie with yet another guy as he could lie with a woman. do not mock that love by utilising being facetious approximately your Saviour. First of all, don't blame yourself for them going away . You had no control over what happened to them. Talk to your Mom and tell her these feelings. Maybe she'll be more careful about choosing her next man if she knows how important it is to you. I think you're absolutely normal for having these feelings so don't be afraid to express them to your Mom.I'm sure if it is important to you it will be important to her.

Thats something that u cant really predict. Just let things go as they have to go. If u grow to love him, its ok. And well if u dont, then its an advantage because that way u wont get hurt. Just let things take its course k?

i think u will be alright jus try out ur new dad and if u dont like him try to tell ur mom how u feel ha u never noe wen da right one comes 2 u
evry1 think evrythings happens caus of them jus remember u gave all tht u had and u gave all da love u can
