Most everyone has answered this question right but I think there is a song that comes to mind where it said Jesus is the only God not created by man...you are God alone. Allah would be created by man and is in no way brothers with Jesus.....Are you my brother?

Allah is what the Muslims call God the Father, they never accepted the Son-ship of Jesus.

Uh, no........Muhammad was born during the medieval period. Jesus was born in the 1st century.
Jesus only likens kinship to his fellow believers.
He replied to him, "Who is my mother, and who are my brothers?" Pointing to his disciples, he said, "Here are my mother and my brothers. For whoever does the will of my Father in heaven is my brother and sister and mother." -Matthew 12:48
Muhammad often didnt understand Judaism and Christianity yet claimed to be a prophet of it in an attempt to rewrite it. He was not accepted back then by the Jews or Christians as a prophet and how much moreso today! In fact Muhammad persecuted Jews in paticular and his followers continue to do the same to this day!
