First you need to learn to love yourself. When some one tells you you are fat do not ignore that but do not kill yourself thinking about that. "depressed is not a good friend" (I am a man) 5 years ago I was 220 lbs because of depression and bad habits. One day I got up very upset at me because of that and made one big mistake... ?.... From there I said to myself that is it no more and started to watch my bad habits donuts with coffee, cake after lunch and coffee with chocolate cookies at night now I am 166 happy and always looking at things the positive way. Good luck

I just started exercising again, and people have noticed that i have been losing weight. What i do is walk for 2 miles on the treadmill 5 days a week, and i lift weights, and do crunches. Try to eat healthy and drink lots of water. It helps if you don't eat past 7:00, and if you do get hungry after that time then have a cup of tea. Good Luck!

Eat sensibly, get exercise. Sounds simple, eh? Ignore everything you hear about Atkins or any of those fad diets. They don't hold up in the long term.
Believe me, I hear what you're saying about depression caused by body image. I know that there are times when the last thing a person wants to do is go out and be seen looking 'like that' in workout gear. Trust me. After a couple weeks you'll be feeling soooo much better, and the confidence boost that you'll get after seeing some progress is very gratifying.
Stay healthy!

Eat LITTLE, but OFTEN. Exercise EVERYDAY, preferbably morning. Don't eat TOO much after you exercise in the morning as it isn't affective. You can't see a dramatic change over a few days or weeks. It takes patience. = Months. It will only be effective if you are devoted and stick to the routine daily. Hope this helps and it works!!! =]

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

Get started today!

PROPERLY

Metabolic profiling (free) followed by low glycaemic dieting, which isn't all that bad. It's the only method which KEEPS weight off. Oh, and finally a lump of PRO-biotics if necessary.

Low-cal, low-fat, low carb ........ all way past their sell-by date and do not keep weight off.

keep doing what you are doing and you will keep getting what you are getting.

Good luck.

It's easy, just eat healthy and only small portions of food, don't starve yourself that just makes everything worse.
