You can, but, realize that you are still a minor,and YES it can carry a prison term, with him being an adult. I would stick with someone under 18, or wait until you are of age, which is 18..

BOTH of you need to realize that this is not a good relationship, because of your age difference. We live in wierd times, and 30 years ago, nobody would have looked at you sideways. But today is different. At least wait until you're 18 to date him.

If your parents allow you to date him, it's OK, but he must not engage in sexual relations with you. This is very illegal, and he should be adult enough to know the law.
