First, understand that almost nothing you do will be absolutely bad. My suggestions will be based on the ideas you 1) know something about photography and 2) have the trust of your subject.
If you can get her and hopefully her husband to pose nude it will be all the more incredibly moving. Nothing showing in her or his pubic area, of course. Have him stand behind her with his arms around her. Experiment with his hands and hers.
Try him listening to her tummy. Kissing her tummy. Cupping her tummy and breasts. Have them holding hands. Make this every bit as important as a wedding set. It is!
Use as much natural light and candle light as you can. Suggest an f/1.4 lens with ISO1600 if your camera supports that. Write me for more tips and a link to some of my candle light shots. Candle light is wonderful. One candle on camera and about 20 off camera (make sure it is the same color wax for the same color light.) Put the candles on a cookie tray and use a aluminum foil lined cookie tray as a reflector (aluminum does not burn).
Focus on the eyes. Focus on the eyes. Focus on the eyes. Let the rest of the pic go gently out of focus.
Experiment with black and white but as a post-production technique. Keep the color option open on your camera. Most cameras throw away too much info in B&W.
Shoot in RAW! Then develop. Same advice I give everyone, but especially true here. Take more pics than you think you want. Be prepared to throw out bunches for that one or two keeper.
Have the camera ready for when they relax and are not posing. Then take some shots. Have him give her a foot rub, a back rub. Focus on hands, feet, her face, his.
Hope this helps. As I said, write me for passwords to my artistic nude galleries.
Best of luck.

I took some self portraits the first time I was pregnant. I did them naked, with black and white film, and developed the film myself so nobody at a film counter would be making copies for their own sick gratification (they do that, you know!)
Anyway, I posed in the bathroom, holding the camera up at my shoulder, aimed at a large oval mirror mounted on the wall. I deliberately shot so that my head wasn't visible in the oval mirror, but it was the only thing reflected in a small makeup mirror on the counter top. It was very interesting!
You're lucky that digital is available now, and you can experiment and get as creative as you want!

I have a photo of my sister in law holding her round belly while looking down at it... it turned out pretty nice. Just think maternal, love, amazement - those are aspects I usually see in pregnant women and they just glow with it...
