Seriously, you would either be dead and vaporized immediately, or die a long slow painful death if you happen to survive the initial blast. Radiation is a nasty *****.....You cough up your guts and your skin melts off,,,,,,,,Pretty good reasons to NEVER NEVER NEVER use a nuclear weapon.

You would get physically sick. Start losing hair. You would get a great tan. cysts and tumors would appear over time, that is if massive celluar damage didn't cause organ failure first.

It all depends on your distance from ground zero. If you are not dead you may be burned or feel radiation sickness i.e. nasea

depends on how close you are instant death or slow painful death with cancer like sores nuckes are very high in radiation further away still you d probibily freeze
