does anyone know where to contact a non profit oganization in california that helps pay for dog surgeries?

if you contact the humaine society they might be able to help you. i know that here in NY. the will give you a voucher for the vetrinary office to pay 1/3rd, and the humaine society will pay 1/3rd and you pay 1/3rd. and my boyfriend from California said they do the same thing.
