You have very low self esteem. Ask yourself when did I start to have this kind of feelings about myself and then think what was I treated like that may have caused these feelings.
Every single person on this planet deserves the very best that life has to offer. Every one!

Go to a doctor right away, before you do something bad!

Hold Up, What did you do that you feel like you should be mistreated? Good Luck!

You feel like you should be mistreated because you don't feel worthy of being treated any other way. Or you have some huge gulit feelings that keep you from honoring yourself.

Usually when somone feels like this it stems from two things
#1 negative self image
#1 Negative energy from prime people lin our life...especially our parents or those who raised us.

We carry around negative tapes in our brain (or should I say negative CD's or DVD;S) They play over and over again in our brains, which if negative renforce our personal thoughts of our self.

Some were raised by very negtive parents that were never happy with anything. In your brain is engraved things like "you can't do anything right" "You fail at everything you do" "I don't know what I did to deserve a failure of a kid like you" "you don't deserve half of what you get." A person who hears things like this hears those comments in their head way into adulthood unless they reprogram their brains. Each time something happens bad we beat ourself up verbally becasue this is how we were taught.

I am a strong believer in self talk and self healing. First of all, we need to identify and understand how our negitive thoughts have come from and how we keep repeating them over and over again.

Then we need to reprogram inner thoughts. When a negative statment goes through the brain I suggest you turn it to a positive statment and repeat it several time in your heard. Also good to write down. Let's say you were in a near accident. ...Instead of saying "I am so stupid I can't even drive right" Say "Wow that was a close call and I handled that well and kept from an accident." Change your inner voice to positive things.

If you go for walks or exercise or anytime make up a mantra for yourself. For instance at one tmie in my life whenever I went for a walk I would say to myself " I choose health, happiness, sucess, contentment" I would repeat that over and over again. I no longer need to do that.

You might be suffereing from depression. Check with your doctor concerning this.

You just like a lot of drama in your life. You are a pitty hog. That is some one who loves people to feel sorry for them. Get a back bone and stand up for your self. Eventually the people around you are going to get tired of you feeling sorry for your self all of the time.

It sounds like a textbook case of low self-esteem.
