Forgot to mention, I meant a very minor deviated septum, nothing noticeable or very serious.

It can--making your voice sound a bit nasally and it can definitely effect your singing voice. It basically affects how air travel through your nose and sinuses.

Minor deviation of septum is very common. It does noe effect speech.

Minor deviation doent effect the speech ,a moderte degree do effect the tone of voice. but not that much.
