HAHAHAHA. No seriously, being gay is a prerequisite for being a priest. The RCC evolved in a time when homosexuality was frowned upon. What better cover than saying "god doesn't want me to have sex"? I thought that was pretty obvious.
Unfortunately, this precludes my membership, as I REALLY like women. Really, really like women.
And boobies...

Now, for your question, I would assume you would just have to go to seminary or get whatever education is required for priests.

try being islamic.
i think about all you have to do to join up is to dance around in a circle three times saying Allah is Great in arabic.
i don't think they mind your being gay---as long as you don't try to cornhole the fellow who just bent down in front of you to pray.
