I don't understand why bathroom sink fixtures are so cumbersome. I like to turn the flow down to save water when I wash up, then I have to readjust not one handle but two to get the right temperture to finish up. Why???

Several years back separate knobs became the "in" thing. I don't know why, or why anyone would think this was upscale. I had a single lever faucet in 1960. To replace what you have, do some research first. You only need one hole, so you may have to fins a plate that will cover the two knob holes. Explain your problem to an expert at your Hardware Store.

You don't. Purchase a single handle lavatory faucet, which requires manipulation of a mere one control, and which, with practice, lends itself to consistent temperature when the handle is set at your ideal position. Call a handyman to install it; no sense in spending a lot more money on a plumber, who probably eschews small jobs anyway.

No. i could quite opt for to stay that way. i opt for to be greater in contact in my existence. we are so ungrateful and lazy. food in simple terms "seems" on neat cabinets interior the food market, water in simple terms comes out of a faucet, we are able to alter the temperature of our ecosystem by utilising turning a knob. we've no authenticity, no sense of survival. we don't could desire to flow our bodies to get what we choose, or have any form of intimate relationship with ourselves or our ecosystem. ...and the agencies who administration those needs, administration us.

Having one set temperature mix level wouldn't work because sometimes you want very cold water or very hot water.
