1st : a few days after getting the HIV infection for the first time... the virus load ( number of viruses in blood ) is the highest,, and the person is most infectious..
2nd : at the end stage of disese, when person has no immunity to fight against HIV viruses, and virus load is getting highest... the person become most infectious again...
in short,, in begining and at ends !! enjoy in between !
