Hi. My physical is coming up for my doctors.... and every year the doctor asks me if ive ever had sex. Well for the past years ive said that i never have, because i never did, but now i have had sex. So should i tell my doctor that i have? Or should i say no? If i say yes, do you think she will tell my parrents? I have been to other doctor appointments like dermatology and they email my parrents about what happened. SO, do you think she will email my parrents and say that i told her that ive had sex before? I'm 16 now, and when i got together with my gf they said absolutely no sex. so they would not be ok with it.

And if your answer is "yes you should tell her because its bad to lie" or whatever thats not the answer that im looking for. im really looking for what will happen if i tell her that i have.

Be truthful. Makes no sense to hide things in a physical exam. Tell the doctor you want this kept confidential.

Tell your dr. before he asks any questions whatsoever that you have to know if he will keep what you say private from your parents. Just tell him you're curious, because you don't know the laws regarding minors and dr. patient confidentiality.
If he says he will tell your parents then wait until you're 18 to tell him about sex and then go to a clinic with an anonymous dr. and tell him you're having sex and sit down and talk to him about risks and things to look for on your genitals in case of STDs and all that stuff.
If the dr. says he won't tell your parents and you reveal to him your history and then he DOES tell your parents you should find another dr. and find out what you can do legally to a dr. who lies like that.
Good Luck.

Why don't you ask the doctor whether that information will be revealed to your parents. If he/she says yes, then say no but he/she will know the truth. If you're sexually active they should test you for STDs

Answer every question the doctor ask truthfully. If the doctor breaks your confidence by informing someone else he is inviting severe consequences.
