About 10 states have them, but a few in each state, execept for Illinois and Wisconsin, both of which several locations. Prices will vary according to location. Rather than cut and paste the information from the web site, you can look there for some of the answers that you have.
My sister just told me about it. She is planning on trying it for a month in the one in Georgia. Sounds interesting.

I have never heard of such a place ever like what you describe. But I was once in Champaign, Illinois - a steakhouse, where people could pick out their own raw steak and then grill it themselves. You know, it was more like work than anything and kept you away from your friends at the table and sharing in the good conversation. I remember too, how expensive this seemed for a place that made you do something yourself.

I saw a thing on the news about these last night. They said you could get 12 dinners that serve roughly 5 people each for around $240. Thats $20 a meal.

your better off watching food network and going onto there web site foodnetwork.com for simple ideals you can add or delete what you like, don't waste your money or time, cooking and eating should be shared with the family and loved ones --- bring them into the kitchen with you and let them help out -- make memories around the kitchen table
