Some of the answers you have gotten really make me realize just how gullible people are.
Swallowing pus from infected gums won't hurt you.
Pus from infected teeth will not liquify bone.
Infected teeth will cause gums to receed and without gum to protect bone, bone starts to deteriorate not liquify.
Yes you can be in serious trouble.
You can get an infection in the lymph system in your jaw and the infection can spread though mostly contained to your head it can spread to other parts of your body via your blood stream.
You will need to be on antibiotics for several days before anything can even be attempted to take care of your infected teeth.
DO NOT under any circumstances allow a dentist to pull any infected tooth without a few days on antibiotics because if they do you face the chance of spreading the infection hence the answer where they say they are having some reconstructive surgery done.
Celluitis is a serious thing to deal with and you can get a good case of it if your infected teeth are dealt with properly.
As an OR tech I saw a surgery case where a dentist pulled an infected tooth without prior antibiotic therapy and the young woman involved faced loosing her jaw. She went through several surgeries where the abcess had to be surgically drained and her jaw bone scraped. I am not sure of her outcome but I can almost betcha she refused to have anymore infected teeth work done without antibiotic treatment first.
If your teeth are presently infected and you can tolerate the pain that comes and goes and still won't go see a dentist, just keep putting it off and before it is over you will be in enough pain you will consider pulling your own teeth with household pliers. . . .

Somehow I don't know if I would trust an oral surgeon who misspells mouth as mouse. It kind of suggests he didn't graduate at the top of his class (or if he did then the college was not very reputable). As far as the pain you are describing, then it is very common for wisdom teeth to not come in properly if there is not enough room on the jaw. This can lead to excruciating pain, and possibly a misalignment of your existing teeth. I am perfectly able to believe that the pain from a wisdom tooth coming in wrong would radiate down your neck and into your shoulder. The solution is to bite the bullet and look for a dentist who will take payments in installments if you can not afford the procedure all up front. Hurting teeth are not a fun way to spend your life. What better use do you have for your discretionary funds if not to relieve your pain? I hope this helps.

Yes, get to your dentist. Sounds like some teeth have abscessed (become infected - pus within the pulp of the tooth). you do not want to allow this to continue - and possibly spread to the bone (bone infections are difficult to cure) and you don't want bone loss in the jaw - you will risk losing your teeth.
GO TO YOUR DENTIST. there are plenty of dentists who practice sedation dentistry - so your visit can be painfree and you can be relaxed for any dental work. LOOK INTO IT.

When your teeth become infected the longer you wait to seek treatment the more teeth the dentist will have to pull out. Go to the dentist now!

Yeah. Infected teeth usually end up abscessed, and abscesses compromise all of the tissue that they touch, and don't have much of a hard time spreading infection. See a dentist. It sounds like you're dealing with one. They can liquify your bones. I'm about to get a minor brow lift on one side of my face because of sinus abscesses -- they changed the shape of it.

You must go to a dentist. An abcess could kill a person. If you have no money go to the emergency room and let them direct you. If there's a dental school local to you they probably have a clinic you could call.

If you can make it thru the night get to the dentist tomorrow or if it gets to bad go to the ER maybe they will give you antibiotics which will work better than any pain meds to make it quit hurting.
