Meaning...now there are easier ways to get things done...ie..e-mail....IM...fax...phones just to name a few. The new and ways of useing tecknology has made the human mind not think as much. People spend so much time in front of television tubes...and playing and surfing the net, that family time along with good moderate exersice has all eroded away. There is human tragidies that are faced everyday from the internet, childpornography,adult sites,violence ,weapons all for sale at the click of a mouse.The new and advanced weapons...along with chemicals that could wipe out the human race all together. I know some technology is best ..when it comes to curing and treating illness we suffer from. Now adays children don't read anymore...they surf the net and find the answers to what they need on a single page...not knowing why and how that answer came about. The Gov...being able to watch my families every move....threw that "Land of The Free" right out the window.

Technology in itself is not a bad thing. It's what people do with it. For example, people can use the Internet to get all kinds of information, and that makes our lives easier. However, some people choose to use the Internet for bad things like soliciting children, getting to pornography, and gambling. If we didn't have the technology that we have, I think people would still make choices about what they did have. So it's not technology that's hurt our society, it's people's bad choices.

There are far more of us living now and in much more comfortable conditions than ever before.
But it does need considerable adjustment. We must immediately stop burning carbon, and begin to aggressively remove it from our atmosphere.
Modern technology (chiefly electric power plants) has caused global warming. Modern technology (solar and wind) is the only thing that can correct it.

Technology hasn't hurt us it is our gluttony of technology that has hurt us. Anything over indulged in becomes harmful. Use in moderation is the answer.

every thing have its good side and sin side,i think its up to us really...............but 5000 years ago people dont know how to write and learn......after some advancements in few sectors they come to know how to communicate throgh mails,telegrams etc..........soooo it depends upon us how we use it.
