Dont pick on those kids. Be nice to them so they will spare you. Thats what happens when you pick on someone daily.

Yes, I think we're in for another Columbine and 9/11 before it's all said and done with because we're coming to the end of this world as we know it.
But if you have specific information or something concrete that you're basing your feelings on, you should talk to your principal or the authorities and let them know what you know about this to prevent a "Columbine" from happening at your school.

Unfortunately I do think another Columbine could happen...
If you feel there is a threat in your school you need to talk to the administration (principal, school counselor)... Even if you don't have exact names and or concrete evidence taking your concerns and worries to administration can help them look into the issue and possibly stop it from happening... Information is the best defense against this type of situation....
Talk to your parents and tell them of your concerns and worries....
Each child has the right to feel safe and secure within the walls of his/her school and clearly you do not currently feel safe, by talking to your parents and school administrators they can help you regain that feeling of safety and security that you are currently lacking....
With the recent school shootings (2 different shootings within 2 weeks) many children and teenagers feel the same way you do... The sense of security and safety was especially comprimised because both of the recent shootings involved people outside the schools gaining entry, rather than students committing the acts... So there is a feeling of not only outrage and fright because of the shootings but also a feeling of violation as the people who committed the acts also breeched the schools when they clearly did not belong there....
Talk to your parents and administration they can help you feel more empowered because yo are sharing your concerns, less scared because you are sharing your worries... Stop holding it all inside talk and let it out you are not the only one feeling these things and feeling worried and concerned, scared and frightened...

I think it can and I think it has.Events like this one could have happened in lots of different countries. Unfortunately, I think next time this occurs it will be worse because the shooters have role models (Columbine kids).

It could happen and believe me you're not the only one worried sick about it happening. If you have a gut feeling that something isn't quite right at your school then please talk to someone that you trust at the school about it.I tend to pay a lot of attention to gut instincts and I'm damn sorry when I don't .If you think certain kids might be up to something you could talk to a guidance counseler about it.Just find someone who'll take you seriously even if you have to go to your local sheriffs or police dept. You could even tell them that you're nervous and would like them to come and talk at your school about prevention and safety to try to avoid an event like that. Some kids need a reminder that getting psycho on their classmates isn't the answer.Maybe seeing cops at the school will help them remember to stay calm?Good luck!I

I think so. In El Paso we had a bomb threat at my school 10/13/06 on friday the 13. Every one thought the same thing. Their is this one guy in my school named **** and he is always saying he is gonna make a list of people to kill and if he doesn't he was going to blow up the school. Nobody thought much of it except for that day. Good thing it was a false alarm

It has happened again, more than once. I mean in other schools kids have open fire on students and teachers. I'm almost thinking about homeschooling my kids. I'm a little frightened of this.

Events like that will happen consistantly from now and untill the end of time (or the end of schools) and we can't do much to stop it. If you think someone in your school is planning something...go to a **** counselor or something. If anything, try to get on their good side.
