THE ANSWER IS NO.
Budgies come in a variety of colours brought about by years of cross breeding, the nearest colour to pink would be a violet strained bird. You could as someone suggested try to feed an albino white bird with food mixed with pink food colour BUT i think this will only result in a blotchy complexioned bird ( canary breeders feed many coloured food additives to a birds food and get 100% results....but as canaries are of the finch family and budgies are not you would have 0 % success).
I have bred budgies for 34 years and am a national champion breeder and exhibitor having started as at beginner status in 1972.
P.S.
The word Budgerigar is taken from the Aboriginal word Betcherigar, which translates as "good eating"...the budgie is native to Australia and was first introduced into Britain by the artist/naturalist John Gould who sailed with Charles Darwin on the HMS Beagle...as in The Origin of Species..

No, budgies do not come in pink. There is a pretty violet mutation, though, and some very pretty sky blues. The only pink pet birds that I can think of are Galah (also known as Rose Breasted Cockatoos) and Major Mitchell's Cockatoos. These are not for first time bird owners, though, and cost about $1500 for a Rose Breasted and over $2000 for a Major Mitchell's.

How old is your budgie? If your budgie is young then the cere (nose) will change from pink, purple, and blue. When the budgies is mature it'll stay one color. If it's a male it'll usually be a dark bright blue. If it's female it'll be pink or purple. When a female is in breeding condition the cere will turn brown.

NO Sorry but budgies have absolutely no red pigment at all so it is impossible. Some larger parrots have pink plumage such as the Australian Gallah. Good luck with your search for a pink Budgie. If you find one its worth Millions......

Not budgies, but there is a parakeet called a Bourkes parakeet. It comes in pink or blue. They are quiet and sweet little birds. Do some research on them to see if they are the bird for you. Don't buy a bird based on color...pick the bird that fits into your lifestyle and personality. They are a big commitment.

What an intriguing question.
I went to the site below, and apparently breeders have not been able to breed pink budgies yet. Too bad.

If you want a partly-pink bird that's as small as a budgie, get a pair of peachface lovebirds -- the lutino peachface will probably really look neat to you. Here's a picture of a lutino (yellow) and a green peachface: http://www.ozbird.com/images/alb17.jpg
Or if you want a very pink and white bird that will be so, so cuddly, and you can handle that it's bigger and much louder, get a Major Mitchell's Cockatoo. They're very exotic and beautiful. Here's a picture: http://img.2dehands.nl/f/normal/14801810.jpg
