It doesn't specifically say Satan spoke thru Peter. Considering the Jews did not actually view Satan as a separate entity of evil, they viewed it as a part of all mankind, that selfish part of all people... or, Ego. Ha Satan in Hebrew simply means The Accuser... and in those passages, Peter accused Jesus of NOT following the Law. Which states that on the Sabbath one does not work AT ALL. Yet Jesus did work, going against, what was then considered, Pharisee Law. The Pharisees being the ones that kept the Jewish community to the strict laws of all of the Torah. Jesus showed that it was not a "sin" to do good on the Sabbath Day. It was just considered a "sin" if one did selfish things on the Sabbath Day, as it is a day of rest and reflection.
