your example is catholic, so to answer your question i will give you a catholic story, little Antony always wanted a bike so coming up to every birthday he would pray for a bike every year but never got one, after his 11th birthday he realizes that god don't work like that so he stole one and prayed for forgiveness!

We all go to heaven... read that again we ALL go to heaven. When God created beings to inhabit the earth he did it so that he may experience THROUGH us all that life could possibly offer. Without bad .. you would not be able to experience good. Without some form of hate you would not know love... Life needs those opposites to give us a form of perception... a way to know the ups and downs and appreciate whichever form we decide to keep coming back to. God knows nothing of sin... Did Jesus ever curse anyone? NO. Even as he was crucified..he asked "forgive them father for they know not what they do"... as in... they are only ignorant and know no better than that which they were portraying. Anyone on this earth could justify in their own mind why they are doing something be it right or wrong... So to tell someone else that their idea of the right thing to do is actually wrong... only because you or your culture don't agree with it is in itself.. wrong.... Some humans just take longer to evolve into spiritually balanced creatures... The kingdom of heaven is within

I don't believe that you can make it to heaven if you live a bad life or a life ulike what God expects of us. In James chapter 3 verse 9 through 12 of the Bible it shows me 1 of many examples why. 9. With the tonque we praise are Lord and Father, and with it we curse men, who have been made in God's likeness.10. Out of the same mouth come praise an cursing. My brothers, this should not be.11. Can both fresh water and salt water flow from the same spring? 12.My brothers, can a fig tree bear olives, or a grapevine bear figs? Neither can a salt spring produce fresh water. In laymans terms you can't live on both sides it is either one or the other.

We are all sinners that don't deserve to stand in the presence of God. No matter how "good" or "bad" someone is, we don't deserve to be in God's presence. That's why he sent his son Jesus, to die on the cross and take our sins as his own, so that, through Jesus, we can stand before God. If we accept that and ask for his salvation, we can go to heaven. If we do not, then we can't go to heaven. It's that simple. If someone (take Hitler for example) believes in God or whatever, but continues to do horrendously horrible, evil things, it is doubtful that their faith is real. Once you accept Jesus in your heart as your Savior, your life begins to change, and there should be evidence along with that.

The bible says ,Only those who are obedient to God while living on earth will receive a reward in heaven. There the righteous who have been saved and made perfect by God will enjoy eternal life.

I have absolutely no idea who Tony Soprono is but the bottom line is that we are all sinners because we live in a world of sin. It's not a matter of believing in God/Jesus/Bible--even Satan believes in all 3 and shutters. Jesus must live in your heart as your Savior and Lord and Jesus says in the Bible that "If you love me you will keep my commandments" We must have a repentant heart, no sin is allowed in heaven or Jesus would have suffered and died in vain.

Well tell me this and this is why I became a religious free agent. Which makes more sense.
A scumbag, maybe not a murderer or rapist, but a very unsavory person before he dies he "accepts" christ and gets into the kingdom of heaven.
My friend a good clean honest person, dies in a car accident at 18. Christ was never a part of his life so he goes to hell.
Now I'm told even though you go to heaven you still pay for your sins. No one really embellished on that one though.

If you get your Spirit Recreated, you ARE going to Heaven.
GOD works out all of the Results for Sinning after you are Born Again.
Don't worry too much thinking Children of GOD get away with Sinning.
They don't, and sometimes GOD lets harder Punishments come on HIS Children.
Ananias and Safiris (hahaha--can't spell their names)----now don't get Scared, they Lived a Short Life, but they are in Heaven. They Believed Who Jesus said HE was.
Then, they Blew-It!

Heaven is full of whores, rapists, murderers, child molesters, drug dealers and all other types of criminal. Why? Because they understood their sins had to be forgiven by God before they were to enter, but those of us who lead pious, religious lives here on Earth think we're going there based on our deeds (which is not the case). God requires that you spread His Word to get into His Kingdom. You must ask His forgiveness of your sins, accept Him into your life, let Him guide you, and believe in His Word. Being a "good person" ain't gonna cut it.

No a bad person cannot go to Heaven. Satan himself believes in God--it depends on what your belief makes you do.
