A pretty smile and a gaze that lasts a little too long... a subtle wave with a "hi", be seen in his circle of friends, accidentaly bump into him and drop something and wait for him to pick it up..

Appear EXTREMLY friendly to him. Smile at him and say hi at first. He will probly grow used to you and may start up a conversation.

just be a friend, and don't pressure him. If you feel he is starting to have feelings for you, ask him he if does.
