I had this problem and saw the doctor, and had a barium x-ray. It was determined that I had a hiatal hernia, which means you have a hole in your diapghram and your stomach kind of falls through the hole, causing it to be kind of squished in half. I always had that full feeling until the cause was determined and taken care of.

Otherwise, drinking beer or soda that has a lot of carbonation in it can make you feel full. For general digestive health, I would highly recommend going to Wal-Mart and buying some papaya enzyme (chewable tablets that taste great) and acidopholous (caplets). These help greatly with digestion, I take them everyday!

that sounds like gastritis, but I would consult your doctor to make sure. I have the same thing and medication called Regan has helped with it, but it is only available by prescription and you need to have some tests run to verify the diagnosis of gastritis.
