I like to juice vegatable , while looking up different kinds , i ran across that oxalic acid are in alot of different kinds of vegetable ,
and the information about it wasn't clear for juicing ? Thank You

Oxalic acid removes calcium from solution, so that mentioning it is a warning that it might effect the assumed calcium level of your juice.

Oxalic acid irritates the lining of the gut when consumed, and can prove fatal in large doses. The LD50 for pure oxalic acid is predicted to be about 378 mg/kg body weight, or about 22 g for a 60 kg human.
