Does anyone know any great photo programs where you can edit and give your photos cool effects? I also want this program to either be free or under $30.00. Thanx alot if you could help!

adobe photoshop cs2, adobe fireworks, corel draw.. that's all.. i saw that programs when once i went to my uncle's shop.. there are some tutotrials there... if you want it to get free. use crack.. there are many cracks for adobe photoshop cs2 there.. if you want one.. just email me.. rectified17@yahoo.com
