Well I have a brown complexion and I want a highlight that would look best on black layered medium leght hair.I was thinking of brown,but its so boring!

It depends how wild you want to go. Reds or maybe some paler browns. Maybe you could even find a blonde-brown, or brown-red. But if you really want to go crazy, find some subtle purples or blue.

it seems like everybody has blonde highlights so i would prolly go with a med. red tone...i think that would look hot on black hair

Maybe if you get medium chestnut colored ones then add in some dark golden ones. Or go dark red.

use a blond or whits sparingly
