im an atheist btw, and i exist, i also dont belive that atheism is a religion because, it doesnt fit the definition of religion.

Well obviously Atheists exist. I see that as a very poor way of trying to get at someone. I've actually seen that type of thing on Chuch Bulletin Boards *God does not believe in Atheists*. That's tells me Atheism is making an impact. And it's really getting to some people.
Atheism is not a religion. Another failed tactic. Religion relies on Belief IN the supernatural. Atheism is the lack of belief, so it can't be a religion.
Non-Atheist, heh, seems I'm a Non of damn near everything. *wink* Pagan.

Atheist just means someone who doesn't believe in a God.
So, I'm not sure how someone could say that there is no such thing as an atheist unless they think that all atheists are really in denial.
As to "is atheism a religion". It's a belief system, to be sure, but I don't see how it could be a religion since a religion involves a belief in a higher power or a God.

Religion is a belief consciously accepted as truth thru the process of faith. Atheists do not have a belief based on faith therefore atheism is not a religion.
