for the inner thighs, arms, and abdomen. I lost weight and i want to sculpt my body, i am trying to find some new exercises besides crunches and sit ups. please help

Overall body workouts are the best, but here is some examples for the specific areas you asked about. For inner thighs, plie squats REALLY target the inner thighs; also while standing straight flex your inner thigh muscle and sweep it across your body. For the arms, bicep curls are good for the biceps (there are different variations that hit different heads of the bicep) and french press and tricep kickbacks are good for the triceps. If you are looking for something other than crunches and sit ups for the abs, I suggest pilates. There are many good exercise videos/dvd that are pretty cheap out on the market. One that comes to mind is Crunch Hit the Spot Pilates. Another good dvd that is good for everything you asked for is by Tamilee Webb called I Want That Body. You will have good results with both, and both are fairly inexpensive. If you cannot find either in a store, you can look on ebay or better yet, Amazon.com. Good luck!
