you should just make the last time the best but why do you have to leave why dont you talk to your pearents is very dificult because she really loves you and trust me right now she is very sad

Wait till the very last minute before you tell her . It will avoid a lot of hassle and tears that you can do without . Yes, it makes you feel bad and maybe even is a little chicken, but what's a fellow to do when your heart just ain't in it . It is a lot better than just disappearing !

You might want to tell her before you move.. not on the final day. Its best to tell her in person..so she don't walk around with unanswered question on why couldn't you tell her.. or was it her. I hope you can continue to be friends and build from there.
Be honest.. something doesn't have to end because of a move remember that
