Men can have as many sexual partners as they want and be a stud, a woman does the same thing, she's a whore. Men hit on a woman, he's the man! A woman hit on a man, she's easy. A woman speaks her mind, she's bitchy, a man speak his mind, well, just would be nice he used it for something other then sports or chicks with big ta ta's. A man can ask a woman what size bra she wears, and its not taboo, a woman asks how long his thing is, she's been around the block and looking for a big one. A man can make more money and it's how it should be, a woman makes more money and she's a workaholic or sleeping with the boss. A man can flirt while dating another, and it's in his genes as a man to do this, a woman flirts with a man while she's seeing someone and she's a cheating lying whore. Ok, call me crazy, but isn't it 2006, equal rights, ring a bell? Why is it that society is still hung up on old fashioned views to the point a woman no matter what she does still gets the shaft??

Is this a bad thing?
But seriously....
I work in a female domainated workplace, and you would not beleive the number of times I get requests to open a jar, or program the copier, or fix a squeaky drawer. Or some other supposedly 'manly' job. Yet If I leave the seat UP in a statement of male-ness, I get bawled out over it.
Yes, it is a new century, but the stereotypes are such a part of our culture, we can scream all day, and only end up with a sore throat.
A woman's blouse is usually smaller than a man's dress shirt, but your blouse costs 3 to 5 dollars more to clean, and may cost 20 to 50 % more to purchase.
Make sense to you? nope me neither.
I agree, there should be equality.
Yet there are staunch holdouts for the dark ages, when the 'little woman' was seen as little more than a posession.

Life isn't fair, boohoo!!! Better get used to it.
Here's some examples from men's standpoint:
Women can raise children, but society deems the most important role men serve is as financial supporters (custody/divorce).
Men can be made a joke of on TV and in society and we are all expected to laugh. How many times have you seen a commercial on TV where the "dumb husband with beer belly" is too stupid to make the right decision and "pretty, smart wife" has to put him in line. That is usually good for a laugh. Women rarely get treated demonstrated negatively in ads and television for being stupid and out of shape. As men we are expected to be ok with being stereotyped and laughed at in the media.
As men, how much money we make usually has a big impression on a woman and how she sees us, but women rarely are judged this way by men.
More and more women in this day have made it very clear that size is important to them. It's not all one-sided. Just because you have small boobs doesn't mean you won't be able to find a man. It also doesn't equate to you being bad in bed. But every man has heard stories of a girl being unhappy about her sex life because her man is too small to please her.
There's plenty of more topics. I do think women have it worse but it's not all one sided.

Macho ------------------------ Feminin
The best is in the middle - to have the balance of both and be more understanding. Don't focus on the differences.
If you girls think it's unfair to be called easy or a sl*t then start doing the same to men. Stay away from the sl*t guys or use them back, a lot of you already do. Women can change most of these things you mentioned, but they just sit waiting for men to GIVE equalty to them, you got to TAKE it, DEMAND it. Only that will prove those views wrong in time.

Who knows? This whole country was built by men with "big ideas". And apparently they were too big for us women to comprehend. Whatever! If you're happy the way you are then no one's opinions should supress you. If it bothers you a lot, speak out! We need a strong female voice if things are going to change.

women have been potrayed as men sevents since the beginning of time and still today. women have not be alowed to belong to themsleves. they are considered mens properties and they dont want there property touched by anything else. if a women refuses the mans rules of being theirs than they are concidered to be acting out and not obeying, thus calling them dishonering names because they have sined. but as for men they have been bread to controll women and are told that they are the ones that make all the decisions and they own their bodys as well as any woman they have ever met so they are alowed and prasied for spreding themselves around.
but for the world to chang we are going to have to keep talking about it and rasing our children to understand we all make our own choices and no one person is the master of any other person.
