Well my hair is brown, and I dyed my hair black. I just want to know if it will look good as the black hair grows out. What do you think? Have you seen it before?

It probably won't look good in the beginning stages of growing in (when there is more black than brown). It, honestly, might look a little trashy with the brown roots. If you're willing to wait for it to grow out, it might look good with the black tips (but ONLY tips!).
If you're having regrets about your black-dye decision, you can always dye it brown..a color very close to your natural hair color. THEN get black dye tips, or maybe try going light, such as blonde, or light brown.

That wouldn't look good, Sorry. I wouldn't want you to look like some kind of funky skunk. Why don't you just dye your hair something really close to your true hair color, so that way you won't have to worry about the contrast as your hair grows!!! Good luck!

I think if you have black hair and have brown high lights..it would look good.
If you have brown hair..caramel highlights will look great

Honestly, I think hair that is dyed to look unnatural like blond with black underneath looks messy and isnt very sexy on men or women. Sorry.

It would look kinda goofy. You can always go back to a stylist and color your hair close to your natural color so it'll grow out better.
